Ahhhh, you’re killing me! I recently became lactose intolerant after a bacterial infection. Devastated! The Dr. said that it should be temporary. I certainly hope so because cheese is one of my favourite things!!

I just learned a new word “turophile” and I love it!! Willing to go to great lengths for great cheese. Good to know that option is available in Salt Lake City.

I love cheese. I had no idea I was a turophile!!!My friends keep trying to get me to go to Salt Lake City, but I don’t ski, so I always say no. I could probably eat cheese ALL day though.

Never come across a farmer’s market I haven’t loved, esp when my fave cheese is involved! Thanks for sharing – I will definitely put this on the list when I visit Salt Lake City!
